CAPTAINS MEETING

ALL CAPTAINS (OR TEAM REP.) ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND IF THEY

WOULD LIKE TO VOTE ON CHANGES FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON.

ONCE THE SEASON BEGINS, THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES MADE 

TO THE RULES, THE SCHEDULE, THE PLAY-OFFS OR ANYTHING ELSE.

PLEASE RSVP TO TOMMY OR BILL, CONTACT INFO BELOW. 

ATTENTION ALL PLAYERS:

You must register with USA HOCKEY prior to first game of season. 

Please Email confirmation receipt to Bill or give to your team captain.

Additionally, all players must sign and return the Liability form

please print out, sign and return to your team captain.

 The CHL will be utilizing USA HOCKEY RULES for all games*.

*The CHL reserves the right to ammend any rule.  See Rules page for CHL specific rules.

Sign-In Rosters can be downloaded on the "FORMS" page.

Have players (who will be playing that game) sign in next to their name.  This is how we track games played, so any player absent should have a blank signature line.
